Established just over two decades ago, Crédit Agricole has seen rapid growth, acquiring tens of thousands of clients and undertaking numerous innovative projects. This demonstrates a strong ability to meet market needs and a commitment to being a key player in finance.
A significant experience involved creating mavieensuisse.ch for French expatriates in Switzerland. This project honed my project coordination skills, encompassing branding, partner acquisition, presenting to management, budget management (CHF 50,000), content creation, and agency selection through a tender process.
I also developed my marketing campaign management skills, particularly for new products. This involved coordinating multi-channel content (display, social media, outdoor, brochures, SEO, SEA) with precise timing and a necessary level of rigor.
Managing events, from 50 to 200 attendees across Switzerland, further enhanced my organizational abilities. This included finding contacts, verifying content, venue sourcing, negotiating prices, managing invitations, data targeting, and event logistics, while considering client feedback.
Throughout my time, I served as a coordinator for many projects, interacting with a wide range of individuals. This role significantly improved my organizational skills, crucial for managing various tasks and ensuring effective communication among teams and partners.

Category Manager at Bayer
At Bayer, I developed and executed marketing strategies for Euphytose and Berocca, which significantly increased market share in French pharmacies. This involved analyzing marketing impact at the point of sale to optimize strategies.
I also created a key sales support and training document for the new Euphytose Night Sleep Melatonin product, a crucial resource for the French sales team.
To ensure the effectiveness of our materials, I spent time with the sales team, observing how they used our resources in real-world scenarios. This provided valuable feedback for improving our support.
The Euphytose product document I developed became a vital tool for over 400 sales representatives across France, demonstrating its importance in their promotional efforts.
My time at Bayer was valuable in developing and implementing impactful marketing strategies and providing essential support to the sales team, ultimately contributing to product success.

Brand Management at TheFork
At LaFourchette, I was responsible for managing social media for both France and Switzerland, which included developing content calendars, creating engaging posts, and providing strategic recommendations based on performance analysis. A key initiative was organizing Facebook Live sessions featuring well-known chefs, a successful way to boost brand visibility and engagement.
My role also involved creating graphic support materials on Figma for the CRM and Brand teams in both markets, ensuring all assets aligned with brand guidelines. This contributed to maintaining a consistent and professional brand image.
I supported press relations by drafting and translating press releases, working with agencies to communicate company news effectively. Additionally, I contributed to developing opinion polls, which provided valuable insights for shaping communication strategies.
During the difficult period of restaurant closures due to Covid, I quickly adapted my approach, focusing on strategies that could support restaurants through take-away options and virtual experiences. This adaptability was crucial in maintaining engagement and providing ongoing value to our partners during a challenging time.
